I had a test yesterday. Although I don’t really like art at school it was pretty good. After I finished, I wrote a poem about it. It’s called “Der Wanderer über dem Nebelmeer” (German: Wanderer above the Sea of Fog) by Caspar David Friedrich, a German romantic artist. Hope you like it ;)AmbiguityThe solitude I felt when I Was walking by and byFilled all my heartRight frome the startAnd melted all the dye.The fog was grabbing, desir’d oh meAnd stopped just at my feet. The sky was light And oh so bright, Reminded me of thee.Alone I stood and watched the hillsThat bended - aye - it gave me chillsFor I am noneAnd never goneThus colderness me kills.

Ambiguity

The solitude I felt when I
Was walking by and by
Filled all my heart
Right frome the start
And melted all the dye.

The fog was grabbing, desir’d oh me
And stopped just at my feet.
The sky was light
And oh so bright,
Reminded me of thee.

Alone I stood and watched the hills
That bended - aye - it gave me chills
For I am none
And never gone
Thus colderness me kills.
